Pay On The Day:

At Alpha Dental and Implant Centre, we accept cash, credit card and cheques. If you have private health insurance we can process your claim immediately through HICAPS with your health insurance card.

If you are in a health fund, our reception team are able to help you gain the information regarding certain limits and restrictions and together work out with you the approximate gap payment. Meaning there is no surprises for you.

We will work at your pace and level of affordability. Our patients are encouraged to discuss any concerns they may have regarding their treatment plan or payment details.

Our practice does require 24 hours notice if any appointments are to be cancelled.

We accept most credit cards and have EFTPOS facilities available for payment and will also accept cheques and cash. Should you be part of a health fund, you can have your accounts billed directly to your fund on the day of treatment by the HICAPS system.

Please note that if, for some reason, you are unable to claim through your healthfund with HICAPS or you forget to bring along your healthfund card to an appointment. Full payment of the total invoice is required on the day.

Cancellation policy:

A missed dental appointment presents problems for us both. For you, a missed dental appointment causes a delay in treatment that was recommended to help improve your dental health.

For our office, a missed dental appointment prevents us from scheduling another patient that could benefit from treatment. We schedule individual time with each patient to allow us to deliver the quality, personal care that every patient deserves.

We understand that things happen, and schedules do change, and we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Failure to provide at least a 24-hour notice for changed appointments will result in a nonrefundable cancellation fee of $50 that cannot be claimed from your health fund or Medicare.

We value you as a patient and look forward to seeing you for future appointments.
